On this tortuous lane of life,

I serve all those baffled souls.

Staying witness en this route,
Let me warn you once or more.

Route that brought you until here,

Splits in two and takes you home.

Roads are not as plain as past;

Careful when you take your step.

Having traveled miles at ease,

This might look that simple too.

In your quest for perennial light,

Things are more that you must know.

One that lines up straight ahead,

Offers best of things in life.

Lit up bright in golden glow;

Path is paved with softest stones.

Take that path and you reach home,

Walking through a deluxe route. 

As and when you approach there,

Things are more that you will note.

A light which led you all that while,

Dims off gradual as you move.

The floor that caressed both your foot,

Transforms solid step by step.

As you reach your destined place,

You see no more light in there.

Should you settle with that life,

Reigned by herds of darker mind?

Now this road that deviates off,

Offers worst of things in life.

Dark as murky moonless night;

Path is set in thorny floors.

Take that path and you reach home,
Daring all that comes on way.
As an when you approach there,
Things are more that you will note.

A path that scares you with it's gloom,

Lights up with your inner light.

Soles that pained on rugged floor,

Transform tougher step by step.

As you reach your destined place,

You see no more darkness there.
