As we celebrate “WORLD HEART DAY” (29 Sept) 2011, let me try to simplify the theme for you all.

ONE HOME: Take charge of the family's heart too by:

1. Ban Tobacco at home

2. Ensure adequate physical activity.

3. Promote and stock heart healthy foods at home.

4. Know your numbers : Get your blood pressure, cholesterol and glucose levels, together with waist-to-hip ratio and body mass index (BMI) measured.

5. Know what to do and get help if heart disease is suspected in any member.

  4. Well, I'm 5'9.5" and 33.5/25/35, which puts me at 0.71. Maybe the ratio is not attainable *per se* but if you've got it you got it...You're right tho that you should focus on the health risks rather than trying for a .70.
