In my previous post (Last Words - An Unfinished Deathbed Talk), I did mention about C.P.R being done during a medical emergency. I thought I'll share this informative video on how to handle a cardiac emergency by yourself before the trained assistance arrives.
This video will take just 3 minutes and you might be able to help save a life in emergency. Isn't that worth? So please go ahead & ClicK "play" button.

(I'm sure you've seen the video by now. If not, please view it and then continue.)
a) Look around and ensure your safety before you begin.
a) Look around and ensure your safety before you begin.
b) Dial the local emergency number.
c) Clear any obstructing foreign body from the mouth/throat of the victim.
d) Don't hesitate, this is an emergency and you need to act quickly.
e) Initiate chest compression at the earliest. You need to deliver approx 100 compressions per minute.
f) You might break a rib or two. Don't let that stop you. His/Her life is more important than his/her ribs that can heal.
g) Don't practice it on normal people. If you need to get a virtual hands on experience, Click here (AHA- Learn CPR on the body you chose) or register for Basic Life Supports Course in your locality.
